The world`s largest entertainment company is seeking a talented sales person for their Talent Director Position.
Our clients have appeared in television shows including Las Vegas, Days of our Lives, Grey`s Anatomy, America`s Next Top Model, Hannah Montana and more. Our models have landed contracts with the Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor, Dolce & Gabbana, and have also graced the covers of Vogue.
We are seeking individuals who have the motivation to produce immediate results. The ideal candidate will possess strong closing skills and experience closing individuals on the phone. We will only consider individuals who are highly motivated, effective communicators, and those who possess a passion for making a difference in people`s lives.
Individuals with strong personalities and enjoy having fun at work are perfect for this position.
Description:
Respond to requests for information. Make outbound telephone calls to individuals who have inquired about the studio. Set appointments for prospective clients to audition for the studio, close face to face sales and customize programs based individual potential.
Requirements of the successful candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Incredible phone presentation
Must be self-motivated with a take charge attitude
Outstanding communication skills
High energy level
Be able to work nights & weekends – Sun:10am-4pm, Mon & Wed:12-9pm, Tue & Thur: 2-9pm
Strong work ethic
The average Talent Director makes between 50-90K a year. Where you end up on the spectrum above is up to your talent and motivation. We are not offering a job, we are offering a career.
